I purchased this item after dropping my Kindle Fire HD....I looked in stores at similar items and was quite shocked at the cost of Kindle Fire accessories...I bought this and was surprised at the good quality...I was just looking for something to protect my device without spending a small fortune....This does the trick...It fits perfectly, looks nice, comes in different colours (i have black) and the cut-outs make the volume and on/off button much easier to find as they are kind of hidden on the device....I highly recommend this case =)

Pleasantly surprised by the quality for the low cost

I looked everywhere for a gel like slip-over case for my Kindle Fire HD and didn't even find this until like page 5 of my Amazon search, the price was so low I figured I had nothing to lose from giving it a try. I was so happy when it was exactly what I wanted. I am not a fan of the hard snap-on cases and really just wanted something to protect my kindle when I don't have it inside its bookcover case. It slips on easily but snug so you are 100% confident it isn't going anywhere, the cuts for the buttons and docks are perfectly located, it doesn't seem to add to the size of the Kindle so is very comfortable to hold. Highly recommend this product, especially as I have not yet seen anything like it for the Kindle Fire HD specifically.

this skin cover is great. its nice and tight and doesn't want to come off. i don't even know its there; if i din't know anything about a kindle fire i would think that is part of the device itself. this cover also seems to be very high quility and nothing about it seems cheap. its well worth it for the money.
